Ian is excellent to work with. He responds quickly and stays on top of things. Finding what we wanted with our budget was not the easiest task but he was always looking for possibilities and open to going to any we found on our own. He was very encouraging when we were being out bid everytime we put an offer in and didn't try to push to do anything we weren't comfortable with. Once we finally got an offer accepted he went above and beyond by getting the owners to agred to fix some items that came up in the inspection. I would recommend Ian to any of my friends or family.

Buying our first home with the help of Ian couldn't have been any easier! When we first started looking into a home it was daunting to think of all the behind the scenes documentation required, but Ian was an amazing guide through the whole process and made the entire experience much less stressful than we anticipated!

We first sat down with Ian about a year prior to actually purchasing our home and at that time we were more interested in gauging the market and seeing if anything interesting that checked all our boxes popped up. Ian was extremely patient throughout the process and we found the online portal which showcased homes matching the criteria we went through together to be quite helpful.

When the time came, and after a few open houses, we found the exact place we were looking for and that weekend Ian helped us make the offer and walked us through all the negotiations. In the end we found our perfect home in the exact price range we set out for. 

We can't thank Ian enough for all the help, and look forward to using him again next time we look to upsize!

I couldn’t have asked for anyone better than Ian to help me purchase my FIRST home. It can be so overwhelming at times purchasing a home but especially your first. There are so many things that people don’t tell you when it comes to buying a home, but nothing came as a surprise with Ian laying out all the groundwork for me to chose the perfect one. Ian very patiently searched and viewed places with me for a couple months as I sorted through what I liked and didn’t. Then when the day finally came I felt no pressure at all, but we both had a feeling it was happening. I put in the offer the same day that I viewed my now home. The rest was history, for me at least. Much of the stress from buying a home was relieved knowing that Ian was working diligently to send and sign documents and communicate with the sellers on my behalf. Ian worked hard to ensure I had everything I wanted and communicated everything efficiently throughout the entire process. He made it as effortless as it could be for me. I’ve learnt so much from him as a first time home owner and truly am so happy with my purchase. I can’t thank you enough for guiding me to my first home.
